Sebastian Spratte Appointed Chief Financial Officer of DERTOUR Group Hotel Division

Dual Role as CFO of Hotel Division and Member of the Management Board of Aldiana GmbH

Effective April 1, 2025, Sebastian Spratte will be appointed Chief Financial Officer of the DERTOUR Group Hotel Division. Additionally, he will become a member of the Aldiana management team, succeeding Max-Peter Droll, who will take over the role as Senior Advisor Hotels & Resorts. In this dual role, Spratte will report directly to Karl J. Pojer, CEO of the DERTOUR Group Hotel Division. 

In addition to his role as CFO of the Hotel Division, Sebastian Spratte will be appointed to the management board of Aldiana GmbH. Together with Andreas Pospiech, Managing Director of Aldiana GmbH, Spratte will drive the strategic development of the club brand. Aldiana GmbH is a tour operator and hotel operator of ten club resorts in popular travel destinations including Egypt, Austria, Spain, Tanzania, Türkiye, and Tunisia.

Sebastian Spratte has over 20 years of experience within the DERTOUR Group. After successfully completing his studies, he began his career at DERTOUR Group as a trainee in finance and accounting. This was followed by positions as head of departments in investment accounting and balance sheets & taxes. In 2016, Spratte was promoted to Director Group Reporting. Since the end of 2021, he has been Senior Vice President for Group Finance, playing a key role in the latest acquisitions – most recently focusing on the acquisition of Aldiana and the associated property purchases. 

In 2022, the DERTOUR Group fully acquired the Aldiana Group. Since then, the foundations for further expansion of the premium brand have been laid: new clubs include the Aldiana Club Side Beach in Türkiye, the Aldiana Club Zanzibar Kwanza in Zanzibar, the Aldiana Club Schlanitzen Alm in Austria, the Aldiana Club Naga Bay in Egypt, as well as the Aldiana Club Rocca Nettuno Calabria in Italy, which will open in the summer. 

Additionally, the DERTOUR Group invested in hotel ownership, acquiring the Aldiana Club Ampflwang in Austria in 2023, the Aldiana Club Fuerteventura on the popular Canary Island, as well as the Aldiana Club Andalusia on the Spanish mainland and the Aldiana Club Rocca Nettuno in Italy in 2024.
