The operational management team of the DERTOUR Group is made up of the Executive Board. It is headed by Dr. Ingo Burmester (CEO Central Europe), Leif Vase Larsen (CEO International) and Boris Schnabel (CFO Group).
The Executive Board works closely with the Extended Executive Board, which includes Joao Gonzaga (Chief Digital Officer Group), Jiří Jelínek (CEO Eastern Europe), Tobias Jönsson (CEO DERTOUR Northern Europe), Dr. Klaus-Ulrich Sperl (CEO DMC) and Karl J. Pojer (CEO Hotel Division).
Dr. Ingo Burmester, the CEO of Central Europe, leads the region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland and oversees the Group’s hotel business. He is also responsible for Group Brand Management, Group Corporate Communications and Group Corporate Responsibility.

Joao Gonzaga is responsible for the Group-wide digitization. His responsibilities include harmonizing the Group-wide IT infrastructures to make optimum use of synergies within the Group. At the same time, the Group-wide booking systems will be closely linked with the processes of the service providers and new digital service offers for partners and travellers are to be developed.
CEO DERTOUR Eastern Europe
Jiří Jelínek assumes overall responsibility for the for the brands Exim und Fischer in the Czech Republic, as well as for the other Eastern European markets of Romania, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. He has been instrumental in driving the integration of the two business units Fischer and Exim, as well as Travel Brands S.A. in Romania.
CEO DERTOUR Northern Europe
Tobias Jönsson assumes responsibility for Northern European and Benelux markets. He is particularly responsible for the expansion and further development of brands such as Apollo, one of the leading tour operators in Northern Europe, or Koning Aap in the Benelux.
CEO DMC DERTOUR Group
Dr Klaus-Ulrich Sperl is responsible for the entire network of the DERTOUR Group’s own destination agencies. His tasks include global expansion, improvement and expansion of the service portfolio, the further development and development of new business areas, the harmonization of the global system infrastructure and the marketing strategy.

Karl. J. Pojer oversees the entire Hotel Division and heads up one of DERTOUR Group’s main growth areas. The Hotel Division of DERTOUR Group has 10 brands, with more than 120 hotels, resorts, and clubs in 14 countries worldwide.
